Technical Description:
The die-cut printed substrate is conveyed to convey chain by the suck nozzle, then transmitted to the mould station. The hot melt glue sprays on the paper spot where it should be during the transmission. Glue position, length and capacity is adjustable on the run, without stopping the machine. The glued substrate would be blown to the collection section after shaping, automatic stacking and counting, the cup stack will coming out when reached the setting number, without stopping.
